Lux Listings was founded by Erin — a former sports broadcaster turned hospitality entrepreneur who started in this industry by subletting her own apartment in Rosslyn, Virginia to save for a down payment. What began as a single bold move evolved into a boutique arbitrage portfolio operating at scale across multiple markets.
Three years in, with properties that run at a Four Seasons standard and a guest experience built on genuine care, Erin brings the same intentionality to every landlord partnership. She knows what it means to be trusted with someone's property — and she doesn't take that lightly.
